Citizen Committee
(Nuisance Committee)
The Nuisance Committee at its April 19, 2007 meeting held at the Bartley Ranch.
The facilitator, for the purpose of efficiency, transformed the original Committee into two Committees one handling the Administrative Enforcement Ordinance with the other Committee handling the Nuisance Ordinance.
The Nuisance Committee was further divided into three groups.
In the last 15 minutes of business, the three groups along with the Enforcement Committee reported to the original Committee.
Facilitator, Joy Orlich, expressed that the large Committee was difficult and that a three-person Committee would be fine.
Washoe County Board of Commissioners created the Citizen Committee to review staff's two draft ordinances for unincorporated Washoe County, (1) Administrative Enforcement Ordinance
(2) Nuisance Ordinance.
