Washoe County - Nuisance Committee
At this meeting members of both Committees expressed their disapproval of Assistant District Attorney Blaine Cartlidge reinserting language into both Draft Ordinances that the Committees had already removed.
The apparent disapproval (by some) of these meetings being chaired and directed by Code Enforcement manifested itself, with a motion by Garth Elliott, seconded by Philip Anderson to place on the next meetings agenda the election of a chair and vice-chair. A vote was taken, possibly in violation of the Open Meeting Law, with 8 in favor and 11 opposed, motion failed.
